Who may attend the National CSI Camp:

Registered attendees must be a sworn member of law enforcement or corrections, non-sworn law enforcement staff assigned to a crime laboratory or crime scene investigative unit, members of the U.S. Armed Services assigned law enforcement or investigative duties, or medical professionals assigned duties in support of forensic/law enforcement activities.

Photo identification must be presented upon check-in.

Registration

Registration begins January 1, 2010 and closes October 1, 2010.

Upon paid registration, attendees will receive a clinic menu where they will have an opportunity to select up to 46 hours worth of clinics.

Clinic selection will be on a first come, first served basis, however every attendee is guaranteed attendance to eight hours of training per day, Monday thru Friday.

Clinics are scheduled in 2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour increments. Early-bird clinics begin on Sunday at noon. There will be several optional night clinics and activities throughout the week.

Registration includes:

  • Lodging for five nights
  • Meals from Sunday dinner through Friday lunch
  • Attendance to 46 hours of professional clinics
  • Training materials
  • “Ice Breaker” on Sunday night
  • Lakeside Camp Dinner on Thursday night

Discounts

10% discount for paid enrollments by July 1, 2010.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by September 1, 2010 for a full refund.
Cancellations from September 1, 2010 to October 6, 2010 will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations from October 7, 2010 to October 22, 2010 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Attendee substitutions for paid registrations may be made any time until October 22, 2010.
No-shows without notice will not be refunded.

Location

The National CSI Camp is being held at the Lake of the Ozarks in central Missouri at the Windermere Baptist Conference Center in Roach, Missouri.

Attendees travelling by air are encouraged to fly into Springfield-Branson National Airport in Springfield, Missouri.  A free National CSI Camp shuttle will run between the airport and Windermere on Sunday, October 24, 2010 and Friday, October 29, 2010.

The free shuttle will be available throughout camp week for attendees to travel to nearby Camdenton and Osage Beach.

For GPS directions:
Use 1650 Koehler Drive, Roach, MO 65787 to bring you right to the Registration Office at the waterfront. Please note that this is not a mailing or shipping address, just a directional address for use with GPS.

Directions from Springfield to Windermere:
Take Hwy 65 North to Hwy 32 at Buffalo. Turn right.
Go through Buffalo, turn left on Hwy 73 at stoplight.
Follow 73 to Hwy 54. Turn right.
Follow Hwy 54 through Macks Creek.
Approximately 10 miles from Macks Creek turn left on AA.
Follow the Windermere signs on AA to Koehler Drive (approx 2.7 miles). Turn right.
Continue 1.3 miles on Koehler Drive.

Directions from St. Louis to Windermere:
Take I-44 West to Hwy 7, Richland/Lake of the Ozarks exit.
Take Hwy 7 to Hwy 5.
Turn right on Hwy 5 to Camdenton.
At the stoplight in Camdenton turn left on Hwy 54.
Go 5.2 miles, crossing the Niangua Bridge over the Lake, to Hwy AA. Turn right.
Follow the Windermere signs on AA to Koehler Drive (approx 2.7 miles). Turn right.
Continue 1.3 miles on Koehler Drive.

Directions from Kansas City to Windermere:
Take I-70 to Hwy 65. Go South on Hwy 65.
When you come to Hwy 54 turn left.
Go through Macks Creek, turn left on Hwy AA.
Follow the Windermere signs on AA to Koehler Drive (approx 2.7 miles). Turn right.
Continue 1.3 miles on Koehler Drive.
